We took it for brakes which were done the service was done. as far as a warranty item I have to leave my car so they can SEE if it’s approved under the warranty I PAID for electronics. Why would I leave my car there to see if it’s approved with no complimentary truck provided. I need my truck so now feel like I shouldn’t have paid for that warranty if I have to be without JUST see if it’s covered. We will go to a closer Chevrolet we came here bc the people but this guy was rude as well

I had got my truck back on a Friday while I’m on the freeway I notice a warning for servicing tire system why would they allow me to leave knowing I just got all this work done on my truck Engine mounts coolant valve co2 sensors and couldn’t let me know hey would you like us to fix this as well so now I gotta waist more time another day stopping by the mechanic shop

Even though they were busy they acknowledged me on my arrival and worked their fastest to get my car checked in. Also provided a shuttle which is really convenient.

My Wife Toni and I brought our 2023 Chevy Equinox to your Dealership mostly because we were familiar with your Dealership because we purchased it here! We were contacted by Customer Service because of a recall on a part. We had set up an appointment early in the morning. We needed the vehicle ASAP because we had a Doctor's appointment and the time promised would have meant we would have not been able to make it back on time because of all the other errands out of the area before it was closed for the day. We were blessed to have Rolando Acosta helping us and he kept in mind our dilemma. We were able to get our car back in a timely manner. That is Great Customer Service right there! And I want to personally thank Rolando for his help!

i never got a call or text that my car was ready. i had to call the service dept a few times and nobody seemed to know anything. i reached out to my salesman to get an update, he was the one who was able to let me know my vehicle was ready.

The initial oil change and service was fine. What I didn’t like was the response I got when I showed the service tech that my doors and truck bed lines was not straight at all. I showed him the passenger side which is perfect.. his response was that this is within GM specs and basically that’s the way it is. I was surprised at that.. this is my first GM / Chevrolet product. If my doors and truck bed on the drivers side are within spec… this is the last GM product I’ll buy. Feel like I should have taken it to service manager. I’m going to get a 2nd opinion at another Chevy dealer and see what they say.

It's a wonderful dealership but the service department takes soooo long just to do an oil service. I brought my car in at 10:00 and didn't pick it up until 3:30. I don't know if they were short staffed or overbooked. But all the staff were great and attentive to your needs.

Service Advisor Omar Solis is professional and very knowledgeable when we were discussing my 2025 Chevy Silverado 1500 - he brought several items related to my truck to my attention.

I assume everything is correct as most was service rather than repair. I was hoping to have a recap of recommended services needed but there was no mention of future service needs?
