Took my car for oil change, recall, and low battery. Everything was taken care of. Been going there for 11 years now.

Car was repaired in a timely manner and at a great price. Omar delivered on his promise to complete the repair on time.

Our service representative was very awesome. He helped us. He was very thorough. He did a good job. He walked us around and gave us a tour of the facilities and the service station and the finance that lady was cooler than a fan on high!!!

Service advisor could have been a little more friendly and not so pushy. But he did what he said was gonna be done.

Came to Glendora Chevrolet to get my oil changed. I had an appointment and when I got there they said they didn’t think they had someone there that can do the job. Then they changed their minds and said they did. When I came to pick up my vehicle they said they didn’t rotate the tires because of the age of the tires. They said it was part of the package but they didn’t discount for the part of the job that wasn’t completed. When I first bought this vehicle new from Glendora Chevrolet they said it came with two free oil changes. They did the first one and when I came back for the second they said it wasn’t needed. They reset the oil change light and said I don’t drive it that much so save it for later. When I came back to do it they said the second free oil change that came with the vehicle has now expired and they wouldn’t honor that. It seems as if every time I come here there is some kind of nonsense. It has made me question ever buying a Chevrolet vehicle ever again.

My 2021 3.0 diesel has been in there numerous times you guys can never fix the problem missions to this time needing a catalytic converter. Hopefully the Lemon law system helps. Also, you guys not disclosing my car was eaten by rats when delivered maybe not helped either. Maybe you guys can help with the Lemon law and call Chevy.
