I assume everything is correct as most was service rather than repair. I was hoping to have a recap of recommended services needed but there was no mention of future service needs?

The salespeople were great. Upper management awful. Made us an offer for a higher-end vehicle to consider instead of the one we originally wanted. We decided to accept the offer for the higher-end vehicle. Then they backed out and said they couldn't do it. We ended up getting the vehicle we had originally planned on but I almost walked out after they tried to get us to go for a pricier vehicle and then backed out of their own deal.

Glendora Chevrolet inspected my truck head light and made the necessary arrangements to get the confirmation from the GM and replaced the head light under warranty. Thank you

Brought in my truck for a recall and check engine light. Completed the recall and didn’t not initially address the engine light issue. My truck then sat in the lot for a few more days since the service writer thought I was coming in to pick it up. The miscommunication was understandable. When the diagnostic was done I called and email several times to pick it up my truck and received no response. When I got to the service counter three employees sat at their desk on their phones browsing social media before I asked if they were too busy to help me. Overall, this dealership reminded me of why I do NOT take my truck to dealerships. I will be visiting again.

Service for oil change is expensive. Made appointment for 10:30 but car was not ready until 2:30. When asked why we made an appointment, we were advised we should have been in 30 minuets sooner as other walk ins showed up....again, why make an appointment? Can go to a Jiffy Lube for less money and time.

Excellent service! The employee who attended to me was super helpful and polite. They even washed my car for me after the service.
