I have a 2020 Silverado. I had a bad stereo and took it in and told them to replace the entire stereo. Only the display was replaced for about $1100. The display still kept shutting off every hour like it did before I took it in. The service adviser then said it must be the other part under the dash which was an additional $1,800. I told him to put my original display back in and apply that credit to the other part that was needed. He said it's too late, we already returned your old part. The new part was ordered and back ordered for several months and I finally just canceled my order. So now I have a broken stereo and a non-returnable $1100 display. I guess I have to find another place to fix my stereo. Glendora Chevy just took my money on an unnecessary repair and still left me with no stereo. This is a safety issue because I now have no GPS or Bluetooth phone to drive with. KC Phillips Cell 626-825-5430

Oscar, my service advisor, was professional and provided good customer service. However, I’m giving my overall experience 3 stars because I brought my Camaro in for an oil change and tire rotation, and upon inspecting the vehicle afterward, I discovered that the tire rotation had not been performed. I know this because I had previously repaired and marked the location of one of my wheels, and the wheels were still in the exact same positions after the service. I did return to the dealership and they are taking care of the missed tire rotation. They also provided me with a complimentary oil change and tire rotation for my next service, which I appreciate. While I was disappointed that the tire rotation was initially missed, I appreciate Oscar and the dealership taking responsibility and making an effort to correct the situation.
